Sign in to review your consultation from the comfort of your home. Use myTouchMD to learn more about our practice and facilities. Explore videos about your procedure or medical condition and view your images saved during your office visit. To log in, enter Patient.TouchMD.com into your web browser. You will then be directed to enter an email and password.

Your TouchMD username is the email address you provided to us. Your temporary TouchMD password is your first and last initials (lowercase) followed by your six-digit (MMDDYY) date of birth. For example, the password for Jon Smith, born Jan 1st, 1980 would be: js010180. The first time you log in at home, you will be asked to change your temporary password.
