For more than three decades , Dr. John A. Grossman has made a profound impact on the lives of his patients, helping them achieve aesthetically exquisite plastic surgery results which regularly exceed their expectations. This track record of success, along with his warm bedside manner, has earned him a reputation as one of the finest plastic surgeons in the world. Education and Experience
Dr. Grossman graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1963 from Princeton University. He attended the prestigious Cornell University Medical College in New York City and completed his surgical residency at Harvard Medical School in Boston.
After completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of Colorado in 1975, he opened his private practice in Denver, Colorado. In 1984, Dr. Grossman added a surgical center in Beverly Hills, California.
From 1975-1999, Dr. Grossman served as chairman of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Rose Medical Center. He has since assumed the role of chairman emeritus. Dr. Grossman has been a clinical instructor for the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center since 1975 and he is the director of “The Rose Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship.”

Denver’s 5280 magazine has repeatedly included Dr. Grossman among their list of Denver’s best plastic surgeons.
On a personal note, Dr. Grossman has numerous outside interests. Family is very important to him. His wife, Pamela, their 4 daughters and eight (as of this moment) grandchildren, and their “boys” – two giant standard poodles Taxi and B.B. – always come first. Besides family and close friends, his interests include golf, working out, traveling, reading and writing, films and film making, collecting fine art, and occasionally painting.
